  Place is bomb. Been getting medium pepperoni with pineapple for years now. Honestly best pizza in the valley low-key.

  Ok, I called this place because we were going to order around 15 pizzas. I can't believe we were going to give these people our business. We always order from West hills pizza. However, we wanted to try something different here at the office. So .....I call.. they answer and hang up. SO...I called again..and an old man answer and he says "Yes! What do you need!" and... I say" yes, we are calling to make an order... and the fucking asshole hangs up!.......TF?
  Anyhow...I just felt like I needed to leave this review because that was effin rude and what kind of business are you running.... by hanging up on customer and being rude like that.  You guys should order from West Hills Pizza. Good Bye

  This is the best pizza spot in the valley, and its cheap too!
  My boyfriend and I come here all the time, we choose this spot over dominos or Pizza hut all the time. The cheese is delicious and they always put a generous amount of it, along with any topping you want. I wouldn't really recommend the wings, they're a little too fatty but if youre in the area, you have to try the cheese pizza!

  Pizza here is good, however the Asian man is annoying. He jokes around like he is 12 years old. On Wednesday I asked him a simple question and he laughed in my face. I didn't find that appealing, then to top it off he yells Obnoxiously to his coworker who was working in the back to share whatever he was laughing about. Luckily, he was ignored, then he apologized to me for laughing. Now, I'm thinking he's weird!
  
  At this point I was irritated and confuse because Im thinking the dude is under the influence.

  Bad customer service! I am so saddened and offended by this because I really enjoy their pizza. Order from this place all the time! Just got off phone with manager who accused me of using basically a stolen card because midway I realized I was using a medical expense card instead of my debit card. I apologized three times for having to change the card number mid way. He tells me "what you have someone else's card? Not yours, what's going on? Etc. " Excuse me, I order from you all the time I'm really offended at that. Someone needs to take over customer service, I can't even understand the people who take orders here sometimes. I've even waited while they were late an hour, gotten our order wrong and still never left a bad review. A shame,  I really liked this place besides the man yelling over the phone. I also had to stop my husband from calling this "manager" up and defending me. It would have been sufficient to get someone else on the phone to talk to me. Perhaps they would realize and apologize for your unprofessional behavior. No such action was taken, I'm not a thief and sadly you've lost our business and anyone I've recommended you to.
